Examining the party life on the streets of Hollywood, past its prime. We find ourselves there just after 2:00am, when the clubs and bars have all closed, and all the hipsters, ravers, freegans, divas, party girls, goths, street kids, garbage people, derelicts and panhandlers spill out of doorways and alleys, into the streets. Eventually, most pack into cars and end up back at whatever they call home. Those without retreat into crawlspaces after collecting their nightly take of handouts. Others simply roll into the gutters, their bodies like litter collecting in cracks and niches after a windstorm.
